I loved my experience with Journey Goal! From day one, Ruth felt like a long time friend who I could depend on to help me through the sometimes confusing tasks of international traveling. Any day, any time, she was there to patiently answer any question I had. I would gladly travel with Journey Goal again!

This was a fantastic experience. We met wonderful people and made lifelong friends. The food was delicious- fresh fruits and vegetables in season, differently spiced meats and fava beans (my favorite). The over 5000 years of history provided during the tour portion of the trip was beyond amazing. To see that paint still exists from that far back blows your mind. It was cool to meet and get to know Max. What you see is what you get. He's down to earth and a real history nerd at heart. Ruth is an awesome trip advisor. She answered any questions and was very quick in response. She also helped us plan a trip to London before we arrived in Egypt. She's a world traveler and knows how to help those just starting out or getting back in the game. Thanks Ruth! Highly recommend a trip like this!

Absolutely fantastic. Our guides were knowledgeable and tactical geniuses as far as making sure we had the optimal experiences at every stop. The AMA waterways boat was beautiful, clean and comfortable with excellent and service. The food was always a joy to explore and combined chances to try new local cuisine as well as some standby favourites. Eyad our guide in Jordan was especially good at leading us in this adventure.

The trip itself went very well. Everything was well planned so that there were no problems when it came to the travel portion of the trip. Journey Goal did a great job arranging everything, to including ad hoc addons after the trip had already begun. Communications had fast response times, and any possible issues were identified quickly to make sure there no problems. The pre-cruise and cruise were both at a good pace for me with every day feeling like a full day with a fair amount of time between the more strenuous excursions for rest. I appreciated the use of WhatsApp to allow the guests to stay coordinated and share their experiences, even well after the trip had completed. I look forward to more trips with Journey Goal in the future!

The Egypt tour and cruise was truly a dream-come-true trip. AmaWaterways is already a favorite of ours for their attention to education, comfort and cuisine, but the added care that Ruth and Journey Goal provided for the specialized Tasting History group made it an even more exquisite and fun experience.
